Actually, Vietri sul Mare has a railway station nearby (less than a kilometer away) the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti (where bus number 68 stops). Unfortunately, there are very few trains stopping in Vietri sul Mare, but you can give it a try, if you wish...

We strongly suggest to avoid ordering a taxi between Rome Airport and Rome Railway Station: it is very expensive because of the distance.
A taxi ride between Naples Airport and Naples Railway Station should be around 25.00 (ask before getting on!!!) and from Salerno Railway Station to Hotel La Lucertola should be around  15.00 (again, ask before getting on!!!).
Actually, Hotel La Lucertola offers transfers (up to 12 people in one single wagon) from and to Naples Airport for 100.00 per way, independently on the number of passengers.

Map: We also made a Google Map with all locations in the above directions. You will find there all bus stops and the walking distances between them. We do strongly suggest you have a look at it:
